General admission tickets

Please purchase your entry ticket through the website or at the ticket counter on the 1st floor of Kobe Port Tower. Same-day tickets will only be sold on the 1st floor if slots are available for a time frame.

- Preschool children (under 6 years old and 6 years old before entering primary school) are free.

- For residents of Kobe City who visit during their birth month, admission fee is available at half price of the general entrance fee. For more details, please click here.
- Tickets cannot be canceled once purchased.
- If you wish to visit the “Rooftop Deck” after entering with the “Observation Floor” ticket, you can purchase the additional ticket at the ticket vending machine located on the 5th floor of the Observation Floor.
- Tickets for admission from April 26 to June 26 can be purchased from February 26 to April 25, 2024. For April 26th or onwards, you can purchase tickets from the same day up to 60 days in advance.
Notice about the Rooftop Deck
- It may be closed without notice due to bad weather such as rain or strong winds.
For ticket refunds after purchase, please contact the information counter on the 1st floor. - Due to the necessity of using stairs to move around, for safety reasons, people in wheelchairs are not allowed to enter. Thank you for your understanding.
- Eating, drinking, smoking, or bringing any items posing a fire hazard is prohibited.
- Taking photos using tripods, monopods, or selfie sticks is prohibited.
- Use of umbrellas (rain or sun) is prohibited.
- For safety reasons, we may restrict the bringing of carry-on items.
- Furthermore, entry will be refused if the operator deems it dangerous.

Caregivers of people with disabilities can also avail themselves of this discount. There is no need to purchase a ticket for a specific date and time. Please present your identification documents at the first-floor information counter on the day of your visit to purchase tickets (purchases are not available online or via automated ticket machines).
If the caregiver or companion is required for a ticket, it can also be purchased at the information counter on the day of the visit. Additionally, if the companion already has a timed entry ticket, you can enter together at the specified time.

Driver’s license, driving history certificate, Individual Number (My Number) Card, health insurance card, student ID, alien registration card, residence card, special permanent resident certificate, passport, resident basic register card (Type A・B), physical disability certificate, mental retardation certificate (such as Certificate of Love, Certificate of Care, Green Certificate), mental disability welfare notebook, etc.
- You can also use the disability certificate apps “MiraiRoID” .
- We may need to verify your identity.
- For people aged 65 and above or those with a disability certificate, and their caregiver or companion, may enter even if the same-day tickets are sold out. However, depends on the facility congestion, you may need to queue upon entry.
- Guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing dogs are allowed. Other animals or pets are not allowed.
About invitation tickets/tickets

If you have an invitation ticket or a ticket with an expiration date, you do not need a specified date and time web ticket. Please bring your ticket with you and go directly to the information counter on the 1st floor. Additionally, your accompanying persons also do not need a specified date and time web ticket, please purchase the tickets at the information counter on the day of your visit.
- You may enter even if the same-day tickets are sold out. However, depending on the facility congestion, you may need to queue upon entry.
About group reservations and discounts
groupAvailable for groups of 15 or more. Reservations cannot be accepted on the Same-day you visit. Please contact us in advance via the inquiry form on our website.

Notice for using group
reservations and discounts
- There is a limit to the number of bookings available for group reservations.
- Group discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
- There is no pricing for school groups. They will be charged based on the group rates shown above.
- Chaperones (teachers, nurses, photographers, etc.) are charged at the group adult rate
- For group attendees holding a disability identification card, half price of the general entrance fee is available for the accompanying assistant
- Reservations must be made strictly on time. As groups require time for ticket issuance, please arrive at the 1st-floor information counter of Kobe Port Tower at least 10 minutes before your reserved time.
- Up to 2 accompanying tour conductors and guides per bus will be provided free of charge. (Please present appropriate documentation)
- Free previews are available for up to two people per group. Please contact us in advance to make a reservation.

About annual passports

We are offering an annual passport sold exclusively online that allows you to access the observation floors and rooftop deck of Kobe Port Tower at any time for one year (entry limited to once per day). As a purchase benefit, a coupon for use at the Cafe & Bar on the 3rd-floor observation deck is included.

- The annual passport (hereinafter referred to as “annual pass”) is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Entry to Kobe Port Tower (hereinafter referred to as the “Tower”) using the annual pass is limited to once per day. Re-entry on the same day is not permitted. Additionally, admission may be refused, such as during maintenance closures or private events.
- Annual passes are non-refundable.
- Please make sure to present the QR code on your smartphone or tablet screen for entry when using the annual passport. You cannot enter the tower if you forget to show it.
- The annual pass can only be used by the individual who registered for it. It cannot be transferred or lent to others.
- If the annual pass is used improperly or if any behavior causes inconvenience to other customers, you may be required to return the annual pass.
- When entering the Tower using the annual pass, we will verify the identity of the pass-holder.

For residents of Kobe City, if you visit during your birth month, you can enter at half the price of the general entrance fee (※For your personal use only).Please present a valid identification document at the 1st-floor information counter to prove your current address and birthday, and purchase your ticket there.
Your companion also can purchase the tickets at the information counter on the day of your visit. Additionally, if your companion already has time-specific tickets, they can enter together at the specified time.
